Nurse Practitioners (NPs) deliver a range of health care services to First Nations individuals, families and communities. Our Nurse Practitioner visits weekly on Monday's between 9:00am - 12:00pm and provides a valuable first contact for any health concerns for any of our members.Program Info
Every second Thursday, community members are invited to visit a massage therapist in the programs building. This service is offered between 8:30am - 12:00pm and is free of charge to community members. Each massage is approximately 15/20 minutes.

Every Monday - Thursday, from 8:30-4:30pm, Esquimalt Nations' community health nurse Stephanie is available for community members. She offers foot care for diabetics, childhood immunizations, flu vaccines, pre and post natal education, baby weights, referrals for home and community programs such as physiotherapy, home care nursing, home supports, occupational therapy, dietician, speech and language therapy.Program Info
Prenatal Group is a drop-in resource to expecting mothers. This group usually features a topic and most often includes a guest speaker.
Prenatal Group runs on Mondays from 12:00pm - 2:00pm.
